6+ years working experience in Java, XML, JBoss, JSPs with minimum 2 years
experience in Lead role 

*       *Solid understanding of Core Java API (1.5+) 
*       *Front End Development Experience  

*       JSPs 
*       Servlets 
*       HTML/Javascript 
*       IE and Firefox browser compatibility 

*       *Mid-Tier Development Experience 

*       JDBC 
*       Business Logic development 
*       Threading 

*       XML Data and Processing (DOM/Sax Parsers) 
*       JBoss 

*       Installing, starting and stopping JBoss 
*       Deploying wars and ears to server 
*       Remote debugging to JBoss server 

 Development Environment Experience 

*       SVN and CVS code repositories 
*       Maven for performing builds 
*       Eclipse IDE for software development 
*       *Unix/Linux basic skills 

 Database 

*       *Basic understanding of relational databases 
*       *Ability to write SQL queries for returning data from multiple
tables 
*       Understanding of Stored Procs and how they can be modified/installed

*       *Experience with off the shelf tools to communicate with Database
(e.g. Toad, PLSQL Developer, Aqua Data Studio)

*       *Strong Communication skills 

*Quick Learner with ability to dig into code to understand how it work
