Must-Have

1.   Support analyst with mobile support skills.  

2.   Need to have strong analyzing capability with different web monitoring
tools.

3.   Should have worked on large scale support engaging different teams.

4.   Strong troubleshooters and problem/issue owners. 

5.   Good reading comprehension.  

6.   They should not currently be developers

7.   Production support experience - participating in crisis calls.

8.   Good Trouble shooting skills, client reporting and analysis of reports

9.   Working experience in ecommerce application support environment is a
plus.

10.Good ticket management skills and responding to the tickets created
within SLA and updating the status of tickets to originators of tickets.

11.Managing and support for the micro sites and engaging the rack space team
for trouble shooting issues.

         

Good-to-Have

1.   Websphere Commerce / Websphere Admin /Web Operations Engineer

2.   Monitor ecommerce system's various components SLA's and response times
etc. 

3.   Day-to-day monitoring, support and operations of ecommerce websites
