*Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to * r...@burgeonits.com** HCM Functional Senior Consultant (Time and Recruitment) – Location: OR Duration: 6+ months · 6 - 9 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations and Support. · In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting. · Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in SAP-HCM modules - Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Time (negative) and Recruitment. · Experience on SAP Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Employee self-service and Performance Management modules would be a plus. · Should be able to Manage the detailed customization in the relevant HCM modules. · Should be able to Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective. · Work well in team environment and in a SAP project environment. · Should have excellent communication skills. · Should be Customer focused. · Should be able to Provide reliable estimates and do planning. · Should be able to Mentor the Team. · Should be able to Review Team’s deliverables to ensure Quality and Timely delivery. · Should be able to Conduct workshops for the customer if required. · Demonstrate initiative and mobility. · Should be able to Define potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
