Job Title : Project Manager Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 4+ years of experience Necessary Skills : * College degree in related field preferred * 4+ years of Project Management experience * Experience with Royalties/ Participations payment systems * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to manage project stakeholders at senior levels * Excellent leadership and team/resource management skills * Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with staff at all levels in an organization * Proactive thinking - the ability to come up with options and solutions * Excellent attention to details * Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates strong customer empathy Desired Skills * PMP certification is a plus Roles & Responsibilities : * Oversee all aspects of the project from assessment through project closure * Manage project scope and project timeline * Managed all deliverables required as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) such as Scope Documents, Requirements Documents, Project Plan, Test Approach, Test Plan, FDS, TDS, etc. * Define project tasks and resource requirements * Assist with managing the project budget * Assist with managing project resource allocation * Supervise all resources assigned to the project and associated work streams * Communicate and coordinate day-to-day project activities within the project team and assure that priorities are developed and known * Constantly monitor and regularly report project status effectively to the Business and MIS Project Sponsors as well as Key Stakeholders * Act as a liaison between the business user and software developer * Track project deliverables using appropriate tools * Provide direction and support to project team Generic Managerial Skills : * Able to plan/track tasks/activities Education : Bachelor degree Work Location : Burbank, CA Billing Rate (USD) To the BA Comp. : $50/ Hour Thanks & Regards....
