Job Title: : Sr. Admin/DBA - PeopleSoft Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ Technical/Functional Skills : * AIX platform experience * PeopleSoft HR and Finance Modules * Oracle 11g database * PeopleSoft 9.0 * PeopleSoft Workflow Experience Required * Minimum of 5 years experience with PeopleSoft HR and Finance Modules * Minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle 11g database * Minimum of 2 years experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 and above * Minimum of 1 year experience in PeopleSoft Workflow Roles & Responsibilities : * Establish PeopleSoft system specifications by working with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure. * Maintain PeopleSoft system high availability and performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting the system. * Secure PeopleSoft system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation * Establish, test, and implement disaster recovery policies and procedures and create documentation. * Upgrades system by developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software. * Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * Perform other duties as assigned Generic Managerial Skills : .
