The ideal person will act in techno-functional role to provide assistance with Managed System Configuration and Technical Systems monitoring. Should be an expert configuring Solution Manager 7.1 monitoring with ABAP and Java systems. This role requires SAP Basis knowledge of the SAP Netaver stack (7.00, 7.10, and 7.30 Basis Level), Livecache, TREX, Java, and GRC. Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server is preferred in this role. This position requires excellent cross-group collaboration skills including excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to organize and coordinate many deliverables at any given time, close attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The person in this role will lead a team of Basis experts with setting up and using System Monitoring, DB, and Host Monitoring Responsibilities: • Setup system monitoring applications including CA Wily Introscope • Setup Connection Monitoring • Setup End-User Experience Monitoring, BI-Monitoring, and PI-Monitoring • Setup and configure SAP Technical Analytics functionality (Interactive Reporting and Standard Dashboards) • Configure Central System Administration • Document the processes and train users on Solution Manager Capabilities. • Configure Root Cause Analysis Requirements: • ChaRM & Service Desk implementation experience is preferred • Subject Matter Expert Level with Solution Manager 7.1 • Proven Implementation Experience with ITSM • Strong Basis Support Experience • Solution Manager 7.1 experience is an absolute requirement. • Proven experience configuring Managed Systems • Strong Experience Monitoring Technical Systems • Strong ABAP & Java stack administration skills.
