Role Project Manager Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Project management for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects. Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. Roles and responsibility Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Define project scope and objectives. develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Manage day-to-day client interaction. Set and manages client expectations.
