We have very urgent opening for Enterprise Monitoring consultant, Please reply back with your consultant resumes ASAP at yog...@hmgamerica.com *Enterprise Systems Monitoring Specialist Location : Bethlehem, PA Duration : 6 Months+ * One of our Direct Client is looking for Enterprise Systems Monitoring Specialist *Summary:* Individual with strong technical understanding of Monitoring domain, processes, procedures and tools/techniques used to monitor the health of a growing IT infrastructure. Candidate should have a strong background in implementing and evolving enterprise monitoring, alerting, reporting, and analysis suite of tools within our internal IT Enterprise Monitoring division. The ESM tool suite provides systems monitoring coverage for infrastructure components such as data center infrastructure, servers (Linux/Windows), network equipment and appliances, storage, databases and business applications. The candidate must have several years of experience with Enterprise Systems Management tools engineering, configuration, implementation, and maintenance. *Responsibilities:* ·Responsible for event management process and automation solutions interfacing with monitoring and ticketing system. ·Collaborate with various technical teams to gather and document infrastructure and application monitoring requirements. ·Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, and notification of all critical systems/infrastructure components and business applications. ·Analyze processes and procedures, identify weaknesses, develop and implement improvements. ·Attend operations team meeting; create, maintain and update operations status reports. ·Create, maintain and update EM documentation. This includes process & process docs, runbooks etc. ·Perform system and application setup/support and maintenance as required. ·Respond to emergency issues, root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures ·Conduct independent assessments of technical challenges and work effectively with other staff to provide solutions to address challenges. ·Multitask and prioritize responsibilities on a daily basis, often under pressure. ·Assist with Developing and driving the overall ESM Strategy within the IT organization ·Assist with day-to-day management of tasks within the Enterprise Systems Management environment ·Assist with day-to-day operation support, performance tuning, disaster recovery and patch/release management of Enterprise System Monitoring tools. *Experience Requirements:* ·6+ years of experience in enterprise class monitoring environment, preferably a multi-datacenter environment. ·Experience with Event Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Incident Management process and systems. ·Experience with HP tools HPOM, HP BSM, HP SiteScope, HP RUM (Real-User Monitoring), OMi and products a requirement. ·Experience with Real/End-User and End-to-End Monitoring Tools. ·Experience monitoring JVM performance monitoring is a plus. ·Experience with diagnostic based monitoring and instrumentation is a plus ·Experience with AIX and Mainframe performance monitoring and utilities are aplus. ·Candidates should be good at NetCool Products such as Omnibus & Impact. ·Scripting Languages Java, Perl, Powershell, VB, Unixshell etc. is a plus ·Experience with HP VuGen scripting is a plus. ·Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio-Technical Waiting for the reply. -- *Yogesh Aggarwal** yogesh786....@gmail.com* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "it req" group.
