Phone interviews required. Client is adding 2 FACETS Business Systems Analysts. Experience: 5-8 years FBSA experience, Healthcare payer experience required. FBSA should have solid understanding of business functional areas, business management issues, and data analysis. Leadership, initiative and advances computer skills, including programming experience. Analyze complex business problems and assess how automates systems can be implemented. Formulate, define objectives and scope of business systems. Gather data and analyze business and user needs. Make recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support business goals. One position is for ICD10 and the other is general FBSA. Technical Skills: Industry methodology experience, Translation of business requirements into detail requirements artifacts, Document requirement artifacts that are focused on the business (e.g. business requirements, rules, processes, use cases, modeling, etc.) and the technology/solution (e.g. lower level use cases, system interfaces, data mapping, file transfers, etc.) Ability to document requirements in a variety of artifact types * not just use case experience * integration specifications, file transfer specifications, page specifications, etc. Experience with facilitation of large group JAD sessions , Ability to estimate requirement tasks , Conflict resolution, negotiation, Active listening, Assertive personality and a can do attitude to meet goals and deadlines, Ability to handle sensitive situations with other individuals, Relationship building and management skills, Self- starter who needs little direction to accomplish tasks. Effective communications verbal and written. Clear, concise, at right level of detail for audience, etc. Flexible work style and easily adapts to changes.
