Position : QA Analyst Location : Columbia, SC
Duration : 12 months Rate : OPEN *Required Knowledge/Skills:* ü 5 to 10 years of experience in IT development and operations; ü At least 5 years of experience in quality management other than testing; ü At least 3 years of IT testing experience; ü Working knowledge or understanding of current industry standards and best practices in Software Development, e.g. IEEE, CMMI, Agile. ü Ability to effectively work and communicate, in both oral and written, with all levels of the Department from frontline workers to executive staff as well as the vendor(s); ü Ability to properly document quality audit and monitoring and controlling activities ü Ability to interpret business process and business data models; ü Superb written and oral communication skills, including the ability to give presentations to executive management. Strong proficiency in English is required; ü Impeccable integrity. This project has very high visibility and represents a significant expenditure of public funds.
