*JOB DESCRIPTION* *Business Analyst* *Location: PHX AZ* *Duration: 12+ months* *Interview: PS then In Person * **Scanned copy of work authorization is needed for validity verification* *$50/hr on C2C* *****Candidates need to have excellent communication and Organizational skills* *Job description:* Duties require interaction with international hotel users, development, corporate departments and support teams. *Create and maintain stories in the Rally Development tool. *Create and maintain 3rd Party PMS Interface Requirements *Work with Development team during development lifecycle to ensure delivery of required changes. *Support International Corporate departments and hotels as it relates to Property Systems understanding and requirements. *Troubleshoots reported problems with systems and produces system requirements for programming staff as required *Corresponds with user groups as required regarding new system functionality *Participates in user meetings as required *Attends seminars and technical training as required *Experience/Skills required:* *Bachelor's degree or 4-5 years of equivalent experience *At least two years of relative field work experience in the hotel or hospitality industry required *Knowledge of Hotel reservations systems, Hotel Operations, Property Management System(s) *Understanding of 3rd Party Property System Interfaces (POS, PBX, Internet, Movies) *Microsoft Office (advanced skills preferred) *Excellent verbal and written skills *Self-motivated *Ability to work under pressure and within stringent time frames *Ability to identify multiple solutions to a problem *Innate curiosity of how things work.
