*JD: * - Troubleshoot and resolve failed Netbackup jobs and close Remedy Incidents - Implement new servers into the appropriate backup schema, create new Netbackup polices where appropriate, create SOP’s, create ContolM scheduling jobs - Perform restores via Netbackup application. - Ensure physical and virtual tape inventories, monitor and remediate frozen, write protected media - Maintain health of IBM 3584 tape library supporting LT04 tape drives. - Maintain health of IBM ProtecTIER for both open Systems and iSeries - Reporting via Symantec OpsCenter Analytics reporting tool. - Assist with Netbackup version upgrades Master/ Media server as well a client version upgrades. - Participate in Disaster Recovery testing Thanks & Regards.
