The primary responsibilities of this position include T-SQL programming, SQL Server database design, development, writing, testing, performance tuning and debugging stored procedures, and integration testing with GUI developers. The candidate requires hands on development expertise in MSSQL DB development. Candidate must have a clear understanding of database concepts and must have expertise in the following areas: 1. T-SQL Programming (Writing Complex SQL, Stored procedures and helper Functions, Data Manipulation techniques) 2. SQL Query Optimization techniques 3. Debugging for batch data processing jobs 4. Basics of database administration is a plus 5.
