Please find the requirement currently open. *Oracle PL/SQL Developer* Alexandria, VA $50/hr .1 Technical Skills: The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel who possess the following skills sets, but are not limited to: • SQL (Required), • SQL Plus (Required) • PL/SQL (Required), • Relational RDBMS (Required), • UNIX (Desired), • Oracle 10 or later (Required) • MySQL(Desired) • MS SQL Server (Desired), • MS Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, etc.) (Required), • IBM Data Quality tool (Required), • Business Object Crystal Report (Desired) • TOAD for Oracle or SQL Developer (Required) • TOAD for Data Analyst (Required) • Ability to analyze data migration plan to include mapping of source to target databases (Required), • Ability to performance data analysis on data discrepancies in a timely basis and be able to have quick turnaround (Required) o Ability to export data from the database to other target like MS Excel, and ability to import data from other source including MS Access, MySQL and Excel file to an Oracle database (Required), o Experience in writing complex SQL (Required), o Ability to fine tune SQL for performance (Required), o Ability to create database objects (tables, indexes, etc.) (Required), o Ability to write database procedures, functions, and triggers (Required), • IBM Rational Toolset (Desired), • Documentum (Desired), • Pega (Desired), and • Excellent Communication Skills (e.g., excellent written and verbal communication skills acquired via customer service work). o Excellent Verbal Communication Skills includes ability to establish a professional rapport with customers; be a good listener and obtain required information; see things from another person’s perspective; express knowledge in a clear, simple manner; explain technical matters to non-technical people; and be able to uphold the interests of the data quality program and convince others by making valid and relevant points in a professional manner.
