*Position: Business Analyst with Hospitality exp* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Duration:6+months* *Interview: Telephonic+ Skype* *Rate: $50/h C2C* *Job Description:* This role will be responsible for analysis of changes requested by Hotel Users and Corporate initiatives. Duties require interaction with international hotel users, development, corporate departments and support teams. • Create and maintain stories in the Rally Development tool. • Create and maintain 3rd Party PMS Interface Requirements • Work with Development team during development lifecycle to ensure delivery of required changes. • Support International Corporate departments and hotels as it relates to Property Systems understanding and requirements. • Troubleshoots reported problems with systems and produces system requirements for programming staff as required • Corresponds with user groups as required regarding new system functionality • Participates in user meetings as required • Attends seminars and technical training as required *Experience/Skills required:* • Bachelor's degree or 4-5 years of equivalent experience • At least two years of relative field work experience in the hotel or hospitality industry required • Knowledge of Hotel reservations systems, Hotel Operations, Property Management System(s) • Understanding of 3rd Party Property System Interfaces (POS, PBX, Internet, Movies) • Microsoft Office (advanced skills preferred) • Excellent verbal and written skills • Self-motivated • Ability to work under pressure and within stringent time frames • Ability to identify multiple solutions to a problem • Innate curiosity of how things work. (preferred) • Flexible to changing priorities and able to work on several projects simultaneously *UNIX ADMIN: 12+ MONTHS- AUGUSTA, ME: PS+ SKYPE – OPEN RATE* *Job Details:* *Direct Client* *UNIX Admin* *12+ Months* *Rate:* *$50 * *on C2C* *Job Overview: This project is slated to last 12 months. * This position is needed to support the project work within the Unix system team. It will support the project like the Oracle ULA, where agencies need to move from various Oracle environments to a Linux base Oracle hosting environment for both database and middleware. It will also support the efforts of ACA, which is an entire system on Unix and the Mississippi/Rhode-Island/Maine consortium environment changes. This individual will also work on break fixes, security hardening and patching of the entire Unix hosting environment. The projects listed have distinct deadlines. Part of ACA work will be to retire some legacy IBM server equipment and move applications onto Linux Dell servers. MRM consortium work will occur over the next several years to test the UI-benefits joint project deliverables. All work is over and above existing baseline operational work. All work is complex taking significant planning skills and project monitoring to assure successful project completion.
