TERM: 6+ MONTHS INTERVIEW TYPE: PHONE/SKYPE Manager needs- -Excellent communication skills -Transactional systems, OLTP environment -If someone has experience in Data warehousing or BI, that is OK but they must have Transactional OLTP too This person will report to a Lead DBA that knows Microsoft SQ Server. Perform Application DBA work as follows: • Create and maintain database models and scripts that create, modify or delete database objects • Assist Software Developers on writing stored procedures and triggers • Work with Software Developers on database conversions and migrations • Create and maintain security for database access • Perform database and application tuning along with Software Developers • Create, maintain and implement database development standards with best practices • Coordinate and work with vendors on packaged software in regards to changes impacting databases • At least 5 years of experience in application database administration • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Able to work independently and as a team member -Strong command of English, good communication and interpersonal skills • Work with Software Developers on database conversions and migrations • Create and maintain database models and scripts that create, modify or delete database objects • Create and maintain security for database access • Assist Software Developers on writing stored procedures and triggers *Thanks & Regards* *Mayank Nigoti* *Technical Recruiter PTR Inc.
