A minimum of 1 years' of hands-on professional application development experience using Apex, Force.com, VisualForce *(OK with one or the other but preferably want them to have Force.com and Apex experience) * Experience developing with CSS and Javascript in a SalesForce.com environment Solid understanding of Salesforce.com data model (including a thorough understanding of object relationships, SOQL, and SOSL), architecture, constraints, governor limits and change management Ability to evaluate client needs for integration and configuration and recommend solutions accordingly Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Solid understanding of SaaS development processes and methodologies Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time Integration experience with other SalesForce.com applications (AppExchange) and external systems Experience with SalesForce Communities is helpful Plus: (Bootstrap and jQuery a plus) Experience with SalesForce Communities is helpful *Day to Day:* Evaluates systems needs of internal staff and operating departments. This includes interviewing users and determining information needs and sources of required data. Recommends systems solutions; Develops, tests, and modifies internal application systems. Designs systems, modules and/or approaches, and required enhancements. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Codes, reviews, prepares test data, tests and debugs, and manages implementation of system building.
