*QA * Requirements: - The will have a deep understanding of the Full Lifecycle Testing Methodology including but not limited to: functional, usability, integrated, regression. - At least five years' experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Metrics, Manual and Automated Testing. - Experience in Testing Methodology and applying best in class practices. - Strong leadership skills to oversee testing efforts of several projects simultaneously. - Experience in leading a team to produce high quality test work products, such as a Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Traceability Matrices, Test Summary Reports and other key testing deliverables. - Experience successfully creating and tracking resource plans at a detailed level. Planning and estimating resources. - Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management. - Experience in producing reporting and metrics, including weekly defect summaries, burn down charts and project summaries at the testing level. - Experience with providing testing services in Retail and eCommerce. Mobile experience a plus. - Experience in coordinating testing across organization and working with testing partners in other divisions. - Prior experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology projects.
