with good communication skills.
· Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job
Portals (Dice , Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
· Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of
candidates.
· Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to
identify candidates.
· Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills,
verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding
paperwork.
*Special Skills:*
Overall 2 to 5 Years of experience.
Graduation from reputed university.
