*Position : Sr. Android Developer* *Location: Wilmington, DE* *Duration : 18+ Months * *Interview : Phone / Skype * *Overall Job Purpose* - Work within the Technology Innovation team to oversee and participate in the creation of industry-leading Apps for various mobile and web and Java platforms. - Provide expert knowledge and guidance on multiple mobile, java and web initiatives. - Ensure that the development teams are adhering to the client’s SDLC process. - Provide technical design documentation to project extended delivery teams. - Give input to Solutions Delivery Director on new technologies and areas of innovation. *Key Accountabilities* - Develop and update new & existing solutions. - Build applications that utilize a variety of programming languages, specifically Java, Web, Android or just knowledge of Objective-C for iOS is welcome.. - Create new and innovative ways to improve our customer’s experience. - Provide overall guidance and actively contribute in the development of applications. - Development tasks include: coding, testing, debugging, documenting, peer-reviewing, deploying, monitoring, and support.
