*Position:  Build & Migrate Operations Coordinator *

*Location: Alpharetta, GA*

*Duration: 12+ Months*



*Skills:*

   - Broad knowledge on Server, Storage, Network, Security in relation to
   applications.



*Responsibilities*


   - Coordinate Transition to Run (TTO) - inform Synchrony Run Leader when
   servers are ready for TTO
   - Post Hand-off Support Tasks – Coordinate Run and Build Resource
   Assignment to Post Build support tasks
   - Issues Management – Drive Build/Migrate issues remediation across
   teams.   Identify Issue owner (Server, storage, network, app) for complex
   issues
   - Problem Management / Root Cause Analysis – Identify root cause of
   build/migrate issues, drive corrective actions to improve Processes
   - Change coordination – Plan Schedule Outage windows  on Servers not
   through TTO (i.e. not handed off to run/not in Service Now yet)
   - Liaison with application and infrastructure team to provide issue
   resolution during build and migrate.
   - Responsible for ensuring that Operations is positioned to successfully
   support new services that are transitioned into production.
   - Able to keep track of skilled resources and their skill strength
   during issue resolution and how and where to align them during future
   problem resolution.
   - Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities,
   ambiguity and rapid change
   - Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult
   situations/people under pressure
   - Robust personality, able to deal with challenging discussions and
   successfully find the way forward
   - Strong leadership, with ability to motive and lead virtual
   cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams
   - Broad understanding of technology, with specific knowledge in
   providing operational services



 *Experience:*


   - Minimum of 8+ years working in a management position within
   Infrastructure Technology
   - Demonstrated experience in all aspects of infrastructure management
   and operations
