*Position : Jr. Business Analyst* *Location: Dayton, OH* *Duration: 6+ Months Interview : Phone then Face to Face* *Visa Status: Citizen / GC / EAD GC* *Job Summary* The person in this position reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and documents user needs for changes to and the integration of business systems. The individual will ensures that project needs are clearly defined and that the requirements provide concise and complete definitions of the desired outcome. The individual will facilitate strong communication in a team environment, working with all levels and functions.
