Other duties as assigned *Required Skills, Abilities and Certifications:* - Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5 + years of experience with design and development of client/server and/or web based applications - 4 + years of experience with core Java technologies and libraries - 3 + years of experience with Java EE technologies (Servlet & JSP) - 3 + years of experience with JDBC or equivalent data-tier framework, database design & development - 3 + years of experience with SDLC frameworks & IT best practices - 3 + years of experience with relational databases (preferably MS-SQL Server and T-SQL) - 2 + years of experience with SOAP and/or REST based Web services and XML/JSON data transmission *Recommended Skills and Abilities:* - Experience with model-driven architecture - Experience with any *Travel GDS* - Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to easily shift focus with changing priorities - Must be able to work independently and be forward thinking - Team oriented and capable of working in a small group - Must be motivated and a quick learner capable of multi-tasking - Familiarity or experience with the travel industry a plus Thank You -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "it req" group.
