- Understanding of the PMBOK® and Project Management Principles
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
- Organizational skills
- Gaining knowledge of the business structure from the customer
- Stakeholder analysis
- Business rules analysis
- Data analysis
- Organization modeling
- Requirements gathering workshops/interviews/observation
- Establishing traceability from requirements to test cases
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with QA/QC
- Participate in the preparation of the Operations Handover Guide and
Transition Plan for projects
- Decision analysis
- Costs benefit analysis
- Knowledge of Project Management Information Systems
- Modeling processes using various notations
- Knowledge of technology structures: networks, database,
communications, internet
