The candidate needs to perform the basic planning of program logic, database logic, and unit tests once the specification is given. Practices proper source code control, development procedures and coding best practices. Capable of learning or using various debugging techniques and tools to efficiently resolve software problems. Perform quality testing in collaboration with the testing team to identify and correct defects. Document changes, programming and design activities, test cases of the programming work. Uses a team-player attitude, and openly works and assists others. Follows and supports BASF policies/procedures/standards/conventions in performing the job in a safely and quality manner. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum 4-year bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Systems Minimum 2 years programming experience with *MS Visual Studio, C#.net* experience preferred *TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:* Motivated Analytical skills and creativity Attention to detail Problem solving skills and a proven ability to use own initiative.
