Our client is seeking a CRM Integration Specialist to do the following:

*Project Description*

The Wisconsin Department of Public instruction is implementing the
Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to improve communication between DPI, Local
Education Agencies (schools), other education related organizations and
constituents.

By combining data existing databases and security tools, CRM will become a
repository for DPI staff to better understand all of the hats that school
personnel. For Key roles DPI would like to leverage CRM to ensure that
changes to LEA staff are updated as quickly as possible so important
communications are not lost.



*Objectives*

Increase successful Usage of CRM across agency by implementing a number of
communication use cases.



*Responsibilities*

·         Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
integration.

·         Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all
other applications and operating systems.

·         Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3
years of experience in the field or in a related area.

·         Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures.

·         Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.

·         Performs a variety of tasks.

·         A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

·         Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.



*Key Tasks*

·         Develop ETL and other Data synchronization processes

·         Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and
ensure that they are met.

·         Configure CRM system, and provide detailed end user documentation.

·         Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data
quality and appropriate data use.

·         Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving
problems.

·         Provide training and education for new users, and for existing
users as the CRM system evolves and grows.

·         Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration.

·         Identify, research, and resolve technical problems

·         Train business users on reporting tools as needed.

·         Train Software developers in using CRM web service endpoints.

·         Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities as needed.

·         Complete testing as needed.

·         Complete other duties, projects, or activities as assigned by the
division administrator, manager, or project manager as they relate to the
goals of the team or project.



*Knowledge and Skills*

·         Microsoft dynamics CRM administration

·         MS SQLServer Integration services (SSIS)

·         MS SQLserver Reporting Services (SSRS)

·         Agile scrum Project experience a plus

·         Writing, running and analyzing SQL Queries (SQLserver)
