*Overview*

Seeking a technical writer to write and maintain content within the
TeamSite knowledge base.  Content is published internally to call center
agents and externally on the client’s FAQ website.  TeamSite experience
preferred but not required.



*Responsibilities*

The client requires consulting services to provide Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) Content Management Support.  The Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ) knowledgebase that utilizes the TeamSite product is an externally
facing site.  The client updates this content regularly to reflect changes
to their services and products.  In order to accomplish this task,
administrators of the FAQ application must create, author and publish
content.  The intent of the FAQ application is to minimize the number of
customer service calls related to inquiries about the clients’ products and
services via phone.  The FAQ application allows customers to search and
retrieve information relevant to questions they may have about the clients’
products and services.
