*Business Analyst (as provided by the project BA Lead):*
*Trading background*
Trade lifecycle comprehension:
Front end systems knowledge (CRD a plus)
* Trade / Data flow knowledge*
* Back office knowledge *
*Data Flow knowledge*
Ability to interpret and document business requirements
Familiarity with multiple deliverable format
*Understand QA process*
Technical skills / understanding
Additional attributes that would set a candidate apart:
* Current or previous holder of Series 7 & 63 licenses*
* Current or previous PMP certification from the Project Mgmt
Institute - or equivalent *
Experience performing Database Modeling and/or Development is a
plus
Knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Messaging tools (such
as MQSeries)
* Experience with Quality Center / Test Director / ALM*
Experience with Custody Platforms and associated operations is a
plus
*Need 8+ years’ experience in large project environments *
*Position must sit in Uptown Charlotte - Wells 3. *
*Technical BA role *
*Must understand data technology. *
*Will work with BAs from the business. Must understand investment and
trading principles **Will translate requirements into specifications that
developers can use to code and that QA Analysts can develop test scripts
from.*
