*Position : Project Manager/Business Analyst Consultant* *Location : Springfield, MA* *Duration : * *6 months Phone then Skype* Major Insurance firm seeking two (2) Project Manager/Business Analyst Consultants to support 6 month projects in Springfield, MA. *Project #1 SaaS-* There are a number of off-the-shelf tools available that will require clear definition for the need. Consultant will implement the SaaS based solution, configure solution and manage necessary integrations and communications/training using an iterative approach. Tools used require a moderate level of technical competence - HP PPM; Microsoft Enterprise Sharepoint, IBM Focal Point, Clarity, Oracle PPM. Must have a strong background in making processes work effectively; great collaborator to balance the collaboration with the need to move quickly. *Project #2 Call Center – *Manage a national call center that is rapidly expanding with multiple campaigns and experiences. The project involves lots of moving parts… script development, campaign setup, vendor management, etc. Consultant will provide business analysis and manage the workload. Must be organized, and have knowledge of project planning. Must work in matrix environment, and seek to resolve problems. Will also assist with another project to fix the interaction model with a current vendor. Will redefine the model to get more value.
