Responsible for developing structured and reusable test automation software. *Job Responsibilities* • Be a strong advocate for SW quality, test automation, continuous integration, design-for-testability, and NFR testing • Design and implement SW test strategies for SW features using industry standard tools • Define and institute best-practices, for manual and automated testing in an agile development environment *Desired Technical Skills* • Demonstrated expertise in *developing test automation for SW,* preferably for medical devices • Solid experience in developing and automating test procedures with industry standard tools and methodologies • Working knowledge of industry-standard continuous integration tools and methodologies • Working knowledge of software architecture. Guides the development of software test requirements for very complex modules under development, executes very complex test specifications. Develops estimates for very complex modules under development, and estimates own work. Guides reviews of very complex customers' standards specification and other documentation to determine software engineering requirements. Develops presentations of very complex technical findings and developments. Guides the software quality process through the execution of very complex module, subsystem and system test procedures. *Education: * BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
