Troubleshooting, triage, routing of issues. Disposition of issues to one of support teams, *Oracle technology, Process support, CBS infrastructure, and BU super users. * Team will be engaged in understanding the business processes and advising super users on how to use Oracle to trouble shoot issues with these processes The team will be heavily engaged in infant care, including monitoring of key metrics and indicators to ensure that problems are diagnosed early In depth knowledge of the Oracle business process in each area is a key requirement. It’s important that the support team understand what Oracle is doing, and why it is doing it so that they can advise super-users when they have issues Manufacturing - Item, *BOM, Routing, Engineering changes* management - Manufacturing - Flow Manufacturing - Quality Management (NCMR process), - Inventory management, Inventory transaction - Shop floor scheduling and sequencing - *OSP process* Will focus on business support to the *Oracle ERP* solution, working closely with super users, and IT technical support. Will have specific skills appropriate to their support area - see additional description Candidates will have worked as an end user or have in depth functional knowledge of *Oracle E Business suite and Value Chain Planning* applications deployed and an understanding of manufacturing supply chains. *Role detail:* • A business resource responsible for specialized support to Cummins global design of the Oracle ERP Solution • Partners with Corporate Supply Chain Global Process owner to maintain alignment to the strategic intent of the Supply Chain processes. • Will assist in the development of testing/training material and all documentation related to the processes that are in the *ERP Process* Landscape and are maintained within the ERP Process Library • Level 3 trouble shooting from Production and assisting super users with problem resolution, process understanding and end user transactional issues. Provide analysis and recommendations on the types of problems that are encountered to feed back in to design and education Key skills: • Empathy and problem solving skills, ability to read and interpret process documentation and recommend improvements to the documentation and training materials. • Experience of a structured call handling and escalation process and system. Ability to explain the solution to a problem. • Exposure to Oracle Order Management is a requirement, together with knowledge of Oracle release management and Advanced Pricing. However if we can find someone who has knowledge of Order management with exposure to Demantra but limited demand planning knowledge, they could cover Demand Planning and Order management in the short term • Prefer experience in an industrial manufacturing environment to experience gained in retail or Fast Moving Consumer Goods Travel – 20% of the time for training and on boarding activities.
