Primary Focus • Support Portfolio Execution Lead with improvement practices identified for GRPC – Risk Responsibilities include • Standardize a Process for Identifying Key Dependencies: Lead Time, Project and Resource Dependencies, Integration Requirements • Documentation and analysis of current and future processes • Perform Gap analysis and create reusable artifacts • Create a Repeatable Process for Initiative Reporting ( reports for various stages) • Improve the Sequencing of Initiatives from Start-up through Transition • Define Key Activities and Templates to Support an Earlier Budget Capture and Evaluation Process • Establish Process to Capture the Single Source of Truth for Initiatives • Develop Method to Capture all Initiative Costs that Impact Business Case Metrics and Incorporate into Analytics Team • Create training material for business users as part of process improvement • Assist in defining key activities and pre-work to support annual planning.
