Please help me with updated resume ASAP...Reply to ra...@agtbi.com *Role: Oracle Techno Functional OTL Projects Resource* *Location: Sacramento, CA* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description* The Client is seeking a senior technical/functional Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.1 consultant with at least 3 years of implementation experience in the areas of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Projects. Knowledge of Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Payroll accrual is desirable. The consultant will re-configure OTL and Projects per business requirements in order to collect employee worktime and leave usage. Leave usage (leave benefit transactions) will be interfaced into the California Leave Accounting System (CLAS). Leave balances from CLAS will be uploaded and stored in EBS to be used for validations. Project Background The EBS is used to process Financial, Human Resource, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Projects functions for the Client. The Oracle Time and Labor and Projects modules were implemented in 2005 in order to meet the needs of project managements. Client Human Resources (HR) currently uses a paper timesheet process. Leave benefit transactions are manually keyed into CLAS. This project will reconfigure OTL and Projects to meet the needs of Client HR, by using OTL and Projects to capture employee worktime and leave use in order for leave benefit transactions to be interfaced into the SCO's California Leave Accounting System CLAS. CLAS is used to calculate leave balances and is considered the source of record regarding employee leave balances. In addition, payroll is not calculated within the EBS. It is calculated by the California State Controller's Office and uploaded into EBS General Ledger. Required Skills · Thorough understanding of the following: 1. Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Projects, Human Resource Management System and Payroll 2. The underlying table structure and objects used by the applicable modules 3. Excellent knowledge and experience in configuring custom OTL layout/User Interface 4. Oracle Workflow and Oracle Approval Management Engine · Technical and Application skills should include: 1. UNIX and Shell scripting skills (Bourne, Korn, BASH) 2. SQL, PL/SQL, database stored procedures/packages, FNDLOAD, and SQL*Loader 3. JDeveloper 10g and Oracle Application Framework Developer's Guide (R12) 4. Experience in developing custom View Objects. These custom objects may be required in configuring the OTL layout/UI depending on the proposed solution 5. iSetup 6. Complex custom workflow development 7. Oracle API's 8. Oracle Reports Builder 9. Oracle Alerts 10. Oracle Fast Formulas · Must be familiar with Oracle Applications Developer's Guide (R12) and have experience in custom program registration, menu and responsibilities creation, and descriptive flexfield setup · Strong communication skills 1.
