Long Term Contract Need Locals for In-person *30 per hour C2C/W2/1099* *XO Communication* *Description:* -Maintains detailed financial auditing -Provides SME level product knowledge to include customer, team support and training -Assists with process & product walkthroughs for general business initiatives. -Creates and maintains detailed, accurate process flows and documentation utilizing process redesign techniques and methodologies; ensuring accuracy is maintained and version control is in place. -Assists with Vendor and Customer relationships and activities -Performs validation of toolsets, troubleshoots toolsets and provides support to users requesting assistance. -Performs validation of process solutions, troubleshoots processes and provides support to users requesting assistance. -Works closely with other areas of the business to monitor and improve process efficiencies and outputs by making observations, taking measurements directly, performing analysis for cost, time, and controls both proactively and as assigned. -Assists with the architecture, design, documentation and optimization of new and existing operational and business processes across company for continuous overall improvements. -Evaluates processes for relevance and accuracy, conceptualizes solutions to business process problems and opportunities in support of roadmap/product launch activities, strategic initiatives, and other initiatives as assigned using general theorectical & financial concepts. -Creates Requirements Documents and Technical Documents -Participates in product, system development and change control activities; participates/attends forums and meetings to identify process impacts and develop solutions providing process expertise. -Provides updates, status and summaries. *Abhishek Ojha* 732-767-0010 x 106 732- 837- 2138 *ao...@sagetl.com <ao...@sagetl.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "it req" group.
