*Job Title : SAP BI/BO DeveloperLocation : Marysville, OhioDuration : 6+Months Contract Rate : 45/hr on C2CPosition Requirements and Qualifications: * Strong working knowledge of SAP BI 4.1 tools including Design Studio, Dashboards, Lumira, WEBI, Explorer, Analysis for OLAP/Office At least 6 years of combined experience in SAP BOBJ 4.x Strong experience on visualization of data using Design Studio with experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript Strong 2+ years of working experience with SAP BW 7.4 on HANA. 2+ years of interfacing experience with SAP BW 7.x Experience in creating HANA Models and how to consume data into BO 4.1 tools using best practices and standards. Strong 1 year of working experience with building complex visualizations and dashboards using Tableau. Solid experience creating advanced and complex BOBJ reports, as well as writing complex freehand SQL for data validation and reporting Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. *Specific job responsibilities include: * Ability to find innovative ways to present data in a very visual method using SAP BI 4.1 technologies & Tableau. Analyze, design, development and configuration of reports for business users leveraging SAP Business Warehouse databases (BW 7.4 on HANA). Activities also include working with business users to establish requirements for new reports and modify existing reports. Minimum of 1 year of experience in configuring, designing and building complex visualizations and dashboards using Tableau Provide expertise within the SAP BI space and associated business processes and systems. Develop and drive the implementation of BOBJ leading practices. Support enhancement of reports and queries, and ongoing support tasks. Collaborate with System Administrators in the production support of the SAP BOBJ and SAP BW platform. Support all phases of IT projects that include BI components, processes, and deliverables. Support and troubleshoot production systems as required, optimizing performance and resolving production problems. Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BOBJ development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Recognize impacts of change and ensure appropriate due diligence is performed before making the change. Be thorough in testing solutions before implementing change to avoid rework. Drive the BOBJ security model across the areas of infrastructure, data, and functionality. Look for the appropriate implementation of security policies within the BO repository.
