Dengan hormat,
salah satu client saya menggunakan windows 2000 profesional. baru
hari ini muncul error di beberapa program antara lain ms office
dengan error sbb "WINWORD.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by Windows. You will need to restart the program.' itu kalau kita
buka ms word. demikian juga kalau buka excell. yang baru diketahu ms
office, msimn.exe dan myob.
kira kira apa ya............
yang sudah dilakukan;
1. scan dengan AVG update terbaru-----> tidak ada virus
mohon sarannya
