The Publisher of 26th Local Language Edition of National Geographic Magazine looking
for qualified candidates for the position of :
TEXT EDITOR (TE-NGM)
- Proficient in English is a must
- Having a broad interest, knowledge, and exploration experience in these fields :
environment/ natural history/ science and culture
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in Geography/ Science/ Biology/ Geology/ Archeology/
Environment and Culture
- Having experiences in all activities related to environment/ natural history/
science/ adventure and culture
- Having good networking amongst the experts/NGOs in above fields
- Having journalistic/ editorial experience in media/ magazine of geography/
environment/ natural history/ science/ adventure fields
- Having experience of traveling or living abroad is an advantage
GRAPHIC DESIGNER (GD-NGM)
- Proficient in English is a must
- Bachelor Degree/ Associated Degree in Graphic Design/Art
- Able to draw illustration, lay-out & design using Quark Express and other graphics
software (Macintosh OS X) including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Having knowledge in magazine production process including digital prepress and color
matching
- Mastering in typography & photo editing
- Having experience as a graphic designer in magazine is an advantage
- Having significant interest in cultural/ environment/ natural history/ science/
adventure fields
