Bikin file PST standard ANSI di Outlook 2003, caranya dari File - Data File Management - Add - "Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folder file (.pst)". 2. Setelah jadi, pilih menu Go - Folder List (Ctrl+6). Kamu bakal ada satu Personal Folder baru, ini dia file PST standard ANSI yang kamu buat di langkah pertama. 3. Copy semua data yang kamu mau (Inbox dll) dari Personal Folder aslinya kamu (ini file PST standard UNICODE Outlook 2003) ke Personal Folder baru ini. 4. Cara lain adalah pake Export/Import Wizard, targetnya file PST standard ANSI yang baru kamu bikin. 5. Klik kanan di Personal Folder baru tsb, pilih Close <namafile>. Semoga membantu, Defianto P.
