Bugcheck adalah proses yang terjadi saat suatu service yang berjalan di kernel mode Windows 2000 menemui kejanggalan dan menyetop prosesnya. Service-service yang jalan di atas kernel mode ini di antaranya service-service OS Windows 2000, driver hardware anda, dll. Boleh tahu di Event Viewer - System Log anda itu, apakah Source dari error Bugcheck tsb (lihat kategori Source)? Ada proses apa tepat sebelum error Bugcheck tsb? Terakhir Bugcheck biasanya menyertakan error code juga seperti 0x0000FFFF, boleh tau apa error code-nya? Best Regards, Defianto P.
