Address, setiap port yang ada pada HUB or
switch harus disetting securitynya.

Kalau begitu masalahnya ada di perilaku user :) Tapi toh kalau sudah ada
DHCP, ada user colok UTP kan langsung dapet IP dari DHCP kan? Lagipula
buat apa user iseng masukin IP DHCP server ke pc nya?
