Mas, sebelumnya sudah pernah install office yang lebih tinggi belum kayak office 2000 sampe ke office 2003. Saya pernah nemu masalah ini. Solusinya dibersihkan dulu terutama registrinya sama file yang sharing dengan aplikasi lain. Terus baru install office 97 nya.
