coba lebih fokus lagi, justru yang ditanyakan itu adalah, gimana sih cara kerja "push mail"? tampaknya tulisan anda walaupun panjang tapi malah tidak menjawab pertanyaannya. BES = blackberry enterprise server, ini software yang akan memonitor inbox pelanggan. begitu ada mail masuk, BES ini akan mengambil mail tadi dan mengirimkannya ke NOC (network operation center)-nya provider layanan blackberry, baru dari NOC ini mail akan dipush ke device pelanggan. keliatannya agar bisa jalan sistem push ini, mereka harus always online. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BlackBerry BES can act as a sort of e-mail relay for corporate accounts so that users always have access to their e-mail.
