Coba .. diUninstall dulu deh modemnya
trus install ulang lagi modemnya
begitu selesai
coba di tes koneksi kemodem tersebut tanpa kabel tlp
lewat control panel trus ada icon modem double klik
trus ke tab modems
abis itu tes deh bagus gak reaksi modemnya
selamat mencoba
