Klu nanya artinya: artinya file-file tersebut tdk bisa di backup karena dalam penggunaan alias digunakan; solusi nya matikan service exchange servernya kemudian dibackup, atau bisa juga anda cari software backup veritas yang ada option openfile backup. Maaf, klu masalah software veritas saya nggak tahu jenis nya.
