Coba ke Start -- Control Panel -- Power Options -- Hibernate beri tanda centang (check) pada enable Hibernation. coba restart. dan kemudian coba shutdown. Jika masih tidak bisa, Coba ke BIOS, coba check di Power management. (saya lupa opsi pastinya) ada hubungannya ama ACPI.
