Itu biasanya karena komputer tidak mendapatkan IP address. Coba cek DHCP server kamu apakah masih berfungsi atau tidak. Cara yang bisa kamu gunakan untuk testing hal tsb adalah dengan masuk ke DOS Prompt dari PC kamu. (Caranya: Klik Start->Run-> ketik CMD). Kemudian ketik: IPCONFIG /RELEASE dan IPCONFIG /RENEW PS: Make sure setting IP Address diset ke otomatis (Get IP Address Automatically)
Alternatif lain: Coba cabut dan colok kabel networking (UTP) untuk memastikan bahwa kabel tidak longgar dan berfungsi dengan baik. Kalau masih gagal, sptnya sudah waktunya menghubungi Technical Support kamu. Good luck.
