By default Exchange Server (saya asumsikan Exchange Server 2003 ya...) tidak mengaktifkan service POP3 dan IMAP. Dengan demikian, kamu harus memastikan bahwa administrator server Exchange di tempat kamu sudah mengaktifkan kedua service tersebut.
