Pasti 2000 keatas
Coba gini om .. sebelum install ulang ... back-up semua file yang ada di
direktori OE .. cara lihatnya .. klik kanan Inbox kemudian klik properties
nanti ada keterangan

C:\Documents and Settings\UserFolder\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{82926DCC-29DD-4BD3-9AD0-B59F51830588}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\Inbox.dbx
nah di drag aja deh tuh tulisan .. lalu buka Windows Explorer ... paste
alamat nya sampe ke folder OE ...terus backup..
untuk recovernya lagi .. buka OE .. lihat properties Inboxnya copy lagi
alamat foldernya .. kemudian timpa file yang baru dengan file back-up.
