Mungkin PC anda agak korslet karena ada arus lebih dari listrik, saran saya coba arus lebih tersebut di salurkan ke bumi/ground. caranya pasang kabel yang kecil aja di casing PC lalu pantek paku ke tanah, lebih dalam lebih bagus, lalu kabel tersebut di sambungkan ke paku tersebut. coba casing PC anda masih nyetrum ngak??? kalo masih berarti arus lebihnya belum tersalurkan dengan baik. Mungkin juga masalah ada di Power Supply, tapi coba dulu aja saran saya dulu kalau masih begitu juga, ya udah di ganti aja power supplynya.
