Ini biasanya terjadi karena mail server tidak menghapus email-email yang sudah di download ke pc atau laptop. Coba cek setting accountnya: tools -> account -> tab.mail -> properties -> advanced -> kemudian uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on server"
